Disposition versions
20. The owner shall install a restraining device on a carrier in order to restrain users under all loading and operating conditions planned for this ride unless he proves to the inspector that such device is not necessary to ensure the safety of users.
Such device shall be of a type that cannot be inadvertently released when the ride is in operation.
